Please be advised that we have noticed that our phone system is under degraded service right now, potentially due to the AWS outage today (Oct 20, 2025.) This is something with the underlying carrier, and not the direct interface used in our office.
Ability to text seems to be working, but outgoing calls don’t appear to be functioning. We are unaware of any issue with incoming phone calls, but there may be issues which we are unaware.
Other services may also be impacted.
